Industrial Pipes

Industrial pipes are manufactured from black hot-rolled (HR) or cold-rolled (CR or DKP) raw material coils by using high-frequency electric resistance welding (ERW) in advanced technology machines according to manufacturing standards TS EN 10305-5 and TS EN 10219-2.

Industrial pipes, which can be manufactured in different qualities as required, are mainly manufactured from steel coils of DC01-6112 grade in DKP and CR groups, and steel coils of S235JR and S275JR grades in the hot-rolled group.

Industrial pipes that are manufactured with a standard length of 6 meters can be tailor-made in a range of 3-12 meters.

Flexible and high-surface-quality industrial pipes

Industrial pipes manufactured from cold-rolled raw materials can be manufactured using special-grade raw materials suitable for bending, shaping and forming as per the needs.

Similarly, industrial pipes can be tailor-manufactured for polishing, chrome-plating or similar plating processes by using special-grade raw materials with high surface quality and minimized degree of grittiness, considering the surface sensitivity.

Galvanized Industrial Pipes

Industrial pipes manufactured from hot-rolled raw materials can be galvanized as per the request of the customer in order to prevent corrosion.

Fields of Use

Industrial pipes are used in various fields of the industry and production such as automotive, machinery, space roof, construction, warehouse and store shelves, and especially for furniture, steel goods and decoration.
